You will have the entire apartment at your disposal. The laundry area is downstairs. You can also have the roof as a terrace for sunbathing or enjoying the outdoors.

-In consideration of the neighbors, please respect the tranquility of the house, especially at night.
- Tenants are responsible for damage caused to property or furniture, not derived from reasonable use (burns, blows, scratches, etc.)
-In case of need, optional house cleaning and laundry and ironing services are offered for long stays at an additional price, which will be accepted voluntarily by the tenant.
