It is a charming apartment, with a very original design that has managed to merge the charm of the original structure of the building, with a very modern style. It is a very cool floor in summer and very warm in winter, due to the thick walls of the original building. In the bedroom we have placed an extra-large bed, for your enjoyment.
Very well located, in an area with many shops, cafes, restaurants ..., very well located to move to any part of Madrid. .
Accommodation
The apartment is very well equipped, with everything you need to spend a few days in Madrid. The bedroom has a double bed for your comfort, and two people can sleep well on the sofa bed.

- You can also enjoy the rooftop as a terrace for sunbathing or enjoying the outdoors.
-In consideration of the neighbors, please respect the tranquility of the house, especially at night.
- Tenants are responsible for damage caused to property or furniture, not derived from reasonable use (burns, blows, scratches, etc.)
-In case of need, optional house cleaning and laundry and ironing services are offered for long stays at an additional price, which will be accepted voluntarily by the tenant.
