It is a charming apartment, with a very original design that has managed to merge the charm of the original structure of the building, with a very modern style. It is a very cool floor in summer and very warm in winter, due to the thick walls of the original building. Very well located, in an area with many shops, cafes, restaurants ..., and very well located to move to any part of Madrid. . It is a splendid option for groups or families.
Accommodation
The apartment is very well equipped, with everything you need to spend a few days in Madrid. The main bedroom has a large bed, and the second bedroom has two single beds. A very bright apartment with a very pleasant atmosphere.

-You can also enjoy the rooftop as a terrace for sunbathing or enjoying the outdoors.
-In consideration of the neighbors, please respect the tranquility of the house, especially at night.
- Tenants are responsible for damage caused to property or furniture, not derived from reasonable use (burns, blows, scratches, etc.)
-In case of need, optional house cleaning and laundry and ironing services are offered for long stays at an additional price, which will be accepted voluntarily by the tenant.
