It is an ideal space to isolate yourself. Very bright and cozy apartment, with a beautiful very modern design. It has 3 bedrooms, a very comfortable living room, a complete and equipped kitchen, you also have a balcony to sit down for breakfast. The space is very bright, with lots of windows and lots of light. It is very hot in winter and very cool in summer with air conditioning.
A few meters away you will find a Shopping Center with shops, supermarket, butchers and a wide variety of shops. It is a very quiet place with very nice neighbors.
Accommodation
Recently renovated, the apartment is new and with a very nice and pleasant design, thought for your comfort. All rooms have windows through which a lot of light enters. The only bad thing about this apartment is that there is no elevator, apart from that it is ideal for a family who wants to know Madrid or someone who visits Madrid for work.

-Please smoke on the terrace.
-In consideration of the neighbors, please respect the tranquility of the house, especially at night.
- Tenants are responsible for damage caused to property or furniture, not derived from reasonable use (eg burns, blows, scratches, etc.)
-In case of need, optional house cleaning and laundry and ironing services are offered for long stays at an additional price, which will be accepted voluntarily by the tenant.
